Our Services

We know that many single lawyers and small firms don’t have in-house resources with a deep understanding of financial disclosure. Our service exists to help remove the frustrations that both lawyers and ADR professionals feel in creating clear and concise financial disclosure.

Financial disclosure is critical for your client to understand their situation and make informed decisions. Having your client participate in completing the disclosure with us empowers them and transitions knowledge.

We’re focused on making financial disclosure easy for your client to understand, and we provide support in helping them gather all the necessary information. This support is not legal but necessary practical support to leave no financial stones unturned. Our approach in these meetings is to create comfort and understanding. We believe this allows you to focus on the overall case and the legal aspects.

We know many people don’t like numbers as much as we do. This could be a mediator uncomfortable with managing the financial aspects of a separation mediation. A law firm that doesn’t have the time (or interest) to help sift through shoe boxes and screen prints to complete their client’s financial disclosure. That’s where we come in!

Maybe you:

  1. Only do a few family cases a year
  2. Have a small firm either without a law clerk or one that isn’t familiar with financial disclosure
  3. Are a family mediator specializing in parenting issues.
  4. Are looking for cost and resource efficiencies in your practice.
  5. Are looking for additional support and screening.

With our service, You retain the relationship with the client because You are our client.
